Ingredientes:
500 g de harina
10 g de sal
25 g de manteca
300 g de agua
2 sobres Levadura Lefersa
Preparación:
Colocar en un bol todos los ingredientes menos la manteca. Amasar hasta lograr formar una masa lisa. Incorporar la manteca y volver a amasar hasta que se integre. Dejar descansar durante 30 min. Dividir la masa en 6 y formar pancitos tipo mini baguette. Estibar en bandeja enmantecada. Dejar leudar hasta que duplique su volumen. Hacer dos cortes en diagonal y cocinar con vapor hasta que se doren. Temperatura de cocción 180°c.
